Silanna UV’s Gen2 SF2 Series is a high reliability LED in the 230-234nm range optimised for water/gas sensing and disinfection with output power and temperature stability double that of previous generation devices.
The SF2 is based on Silanna UV’s industry-leading MBE-grown Short Period Superlattice (SPSL) technology and features a hermetic ball-lensed TO-39 package with a narrow 17° beam achieving up to 4mW/Sr radiant intensity. It is ideal for detection of nitrate (NO3) and nitrite (NO2) in water, and detection of carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitric oxide (NO) gases.
